Can I exchange my product for a different one?

Products are considered "defective" and may be eligible for a refund if they are expired, mouldy, or damaged in transit. See 'How do I return a product?' for more information.
Cannabis seeds which are not feminized or are unsuccessfully cultivated will not be eligible for a return on the basis that they are “defective”.
How do I return a product?
All sales are considered final sale with the exception of the following three conditions:
• Defective products (expired, mouldy, damaged in transit)• Products shipped in error (incorrect product shipped, over/under shipment, product not received)

Please note: returns are not final until they have been received, and evaluated by our warehouse team. If the return is deemed ineligible, the shipping fee will not be refunded and the item(s) will not be returned or refunded.
How long do I have to return a cannabis product after I purchase it?
Cannabis products may only be returned if they are defective, shipped in error, or recalled. With the exception of recalls, returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
How long do I have to return a cannabis accessory after I purchase it?
For purchases online, the return period is 15 days to return accessories with a receipt. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
How long does it take to receive a refund?

If I return a product, how will my payment be refunded?

What will happen to my product after I return it?
If your product (accessory) is considered saleable and has not been tampered with, it may be restocked. All other returns (cannabis) will be safely destroyed.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Products can only be shipped to licensed cannabis stores or provincial outlets only.
What delivery options are available?
As of July 4, 2022, Canada Post resumed collecting signatures at time of delivery. If you are not home during delivery, a card will be left for you to visit the post office for pick-up. The recipient can be anyone at that address who is 19 years or older and can present two forms of valid ID.
What is the cost of shipping?Shipping rates vary on the size of order, fob Vancouver + applicable taxes, per order.
How do I track my order?You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to the Canada Post website. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email to begin seeing tracking updates.
When will my order be delivered?Customers will receive their orders within one to four business days via Canada Post. Find out how long your delivery will to take to reach you, based on your location: Estimated delivery time.
Please note that any orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will not leave for delivery until Monday, due to pick-up schedules.
How do I find a missing package that shows as delivered?
Using the tracking number and link found on your shipping confirmation email, check the Canada Post website to track your package. If you need support, contact our Customer Care Centre.
I've been sent the wrong product, what do I do?
If you've been shipped the wrong product in error, it can be returned by connecting with our Customer Care Centre via our Contact page for an online return.
